My Story

I grew up as a competitive athlete — fitness was always part of my life. But after high school, things took a turn.

I fell into a cycle of partying, substance abuse, and completely losing control of my life. What started as fun turned into years of struggling to get back on track.

For a long time, I knew I was capable of more… but I didn't have direction.

So I made the decision to take control of my life — starting with my body.
